Most healing focuses on one side or the other.
You've either worked on the physical—strengthening, stretching, retraining movement patterns—and you're better, but something still holds you back.
You've done energy work, releasing emotional patterns and trauma and you feel lighter, but the body keeps reverting to old physical habits — or the trauma and emotional triggers feel stuck no matter what you have tried.
What's missing is the connection between the two.
This method was born from 25 years working with others
& what I have lived
When I connected energy work & Pilates-based movement, transformations become deeper and more lasting.
Days after giving birth to my daughter I woke unable to move. I realized I was in a coma. I was able to see everything around me, but unable to communicate or move — until I realized:
There is a deeper part of ourselves that we can learn to access.
I was able to break free from the coma, but then given three weeks to live. My recovery took me to heaven and back again, and to the amazement of my medical team, I survived, got permanently off dialysis, and become stronger than ever before.
I studied with the best teachers in both Pilates, bone health, and chronic conditions, and I have spent decades working with people to overcome trauma and physical limitations - and move with greater strength, freedom and joy.
But sometimes clients’ injuries reoccured, their pain and stiffness returned, and their progress plateaued despite their efforts to do everything right physically.
With years of training and working with people in energy facilitation: I discovered why those plateaus exist — and how they can be transformed.

Energy work can transform deep- rooted emotional triggers, unresolved trauma, phobias and behavior patterns that restrict physical movement and recovery.
Your body receives the movement work differently, because the underlying energetic block has been addressed.
And the energy work has something concrete to anchor into — new physical patterns that support the transformation.
How Integrated Work Unfolds
Your communication with your body or higher self, becomes more clear and specific the more you practice this work.
Through energy facilitation, somatic and grounding techniques and guided meditation, we identify where unresolved experiences have burrowed in the body, and why they exist in the first place.
You learn to communicate with your body at this deeper level and access its wisdom — to honor what it has carried, understand what it's holding & discovering what it needs to move forward.
But we don’t stop there.
Once energy is released, it needs to be transformed into what is most beneficial. Part of that transformation is energetic work — and part is teaching your body how it can feel and move now that the triggers have been addressed.
The result isn't temporary relief. It's about deeper, more lasting change.
How We Work Together
Sessions are conducted remotely. We move fluidly between energy work and guided movement—releasing what's being held, then integrating that release through physical repatterning, layer by layer. The work is personalized to what your body needs and what's ready to shift in each moment.
Timeline: This is multi-session work. Patterns that have been in your body for years rarely shift in a single session. Each session builds on the last, deepening the release and strengthening new movement patterns.
This integrative work can be added in — to enhance any other energy or movement work I offer. And some people find it a more holistic and gentle approach to beginning shadow work.
